Life at 53

At 53 life has to have greater purpose… otherwise decline begins to set in.

I say this at the turn of every year with the intention of making the upcoming year more powerful than the last. It’s this mindset that allows for greater possibility, built on what I’ve already established.

Why do I do this?

I value every moment and live my life with meaning.

I challenge life, the ups and the downs, with a similar demeanor: embrace the ups, and gain perspective from the curve balls until I hit them over the fence.

What it comes down to is: optimizing what I have every step of the way. If something is standing in front of me, I either: embrace it; step to the side and let it go around me; go over it, though it or around it. The most important lesson that I have to share is… keep moving moving forward as stagnation waits for no one.
